1. Agreement Acceptance
Accessing or engaging with Adventure Learning's community draw services ("Platform") constitutes your binding agreement to these Usage Guidelines ("Terms"). If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue Platform use.
These Terms establish a legally enforceable contract between you and Adventure Learning, operating under BC Gaming Licence #194752.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Platform participation requires meeting all these criteria:
- Minimum age of 19 years (British Columbia's age of majority)
- Current residency in British Columbia, Canada
- Legal capacity for binding contractual agreements
- No active exclusion via self-exclusion programs or regulatory directives
- Accurate and truthful information during registration
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and may request supporting documentation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements
Draw participation requires account creation with:
- Complete legal name
- Valid email address
- Contact phone number
- Date of birth
- Provincial residence
Security Obligations
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account credential confidentiality
- All activities occurring under your account
- Immediate notification of unauthorized access or security breaches
Account sharing is prohibited. Each individual may maintain only one account.
4. Draw Participation Structure
Ticket Purchase
Adventure Learning conducts weekly draws every Friday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Participation involves:
- Selecting a ticket package (Starter, Explorer, or Champion)
- Completing secure payment processing
- Receiving email confirmation of ticket details
Participation Rules
- All entries carry equal selection probability
- Entries apply exclusively to the designated draw specified at purchase
- Entries are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable following purchase (except as legally required)
- Per-person entry limitations may apply per draw
Selection Process
All draws employ certified random selection technology monitored by provincial gaming authorities. Draw outcomes are final and conclusive.
5. Awards and Prizes
Prize Structure
Prize amounts and categories are announced before each draw period and subject to modification. All awards are distributed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Winner Notification
Selected participants receive notification via:
- Email to registered account address
- Telephone contact to registered number
Winners must respond within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed awards may be forfeited.
Claim Process
Prize claiming requires:
- Government-issued photo identification verification
- BC residency proof with address confirmation
- Required tax documentation completion
- Prize claim forms and liability release signatures
Tax Obligations
Winners are responsible for applicable prize taxation. We provide tax documentation as required by Canadian tax legislation.
6. Payment Terms
All transactions must occur in Canadian Dollars through approved payment channels. Accepted methods include:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Additional methods as posted on our Platform
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds apply only when:
- Required by applicable law
- A draw is cancelled before completion
- Proven technical errors occur
7. Community Fund Distribution
A designated percentage of ticket revenue supports British Columbia community programs, including:
- Affordable housing support initiatives
- Educational and youth development programs
- Healthcare improvement initiatives
- Environmental conservation projects
Specific allocation percentages are disclosed on our Platform and comply with our gaming licence requirements.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden:
- Platform use for illegal purposes
- False or misleading information provision
- Multiple account creation
- Draw operation manipulation or interference attempts
- Automated systems or bots for ticket purchasing
- Ticket resale or transfer to others
- Fraudulent or deceptive practice engagement
- Applicable law or regulation violations
Violations may result in account termination, ticket and prize forfeiture, and legal action.
9. Mindful Participation
Adventure Learning promotes responsible engagement. We encourage you to:
- Establish personal spending limits
- Participate only within your means
- Seek assistance if participation becomes problematic

Self-Exclusion
You may request self-exclusion from Adventure Learning anytime by contacting support@adventurelearning.cl. Self-exclusion prevents account access and draw participation for a minimum period.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Adventure Learning or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited activities include:
- Copying, modifying, or distributing our content without authorization
- Unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding
- Creating derivative works based on our Platform
11. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
Platform Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Platform suspension or termination may occur for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventure Learning and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Third-party service provider actions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets in the relevant draw.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventure Learning, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Any fraudulent or illegal activities
13. Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Your continued Platform use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is used for fraudulent purposes
- You no longer meet eligibility requirements
- Required by law or regulatory authorities

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration in British Columbia (excluding class actions)
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in British Columbia for matters not resolved through arbitration.
16. Regulatory Compliance
Adventure Learning operates under:
- BC Gaming Licence #194752
- Valid from December 11, 2025 through July 14, 2026
- Subject to oversight by provincial gaming authorities
All operations comply with applicable gaming regulations, consumer protection laws, and community gaming requirements.
