By using the Website or entering a draw, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• Entry is open to UK residents and others as permitted by applicable law.
• Employees of Merchants co. Ltd and their immediate families may be excluded as set out in individual draw rules.

3. Entry and Payment

Entry cost: £2 per entry / £8 for 5 entries (or as stated on the Website). Payment is processed securely. All funds raised support charitable causes. Free entry route is available — see the Free Entry section on the Website and send a postcard to: Merchants co. Ltd, 40 Bowling Green Lane, LONDON EC1R 0NE, United Kingdom.

4. Draw and Winners

Draws take place every Monday at 18:00 UK time. Winners are selected randomly. Winners will be notified and announced in accordance with UK fundraising regulations. Prize fulfilment is subject to availability and these Terms.
